VPN and secure remote access
BBITS deploys WireGuard, OpenVPN and other secure remote-access solutions for users, branches and service providers. We also support Cloudflare-based access, reverse proxies and controlled remote administration where appropriate.

Business connectivity can include fibre with LTE or alternative-link failover, multi-WAN routing and VRRP high-availability configurations. The objective is sensible resilience, not complexity for its own sake.
3CX, Asterisk and business VoIP
We install and support hosted and on-premises telephone systems using 3CX, Asterisk, FreePBX and Grandstream equipment. Services include PBX setup, extensions, SIP trunks, DIDs, call routing, queues, reporting and handset provisioning.
Remote phones and multi-site communications
For remote workers and branch offices, BBITS can deploy 3CX SBCs, secure SIP connectivity and network quality controls. Voice traffic can be separated and prioritised so that a large file transfer does not make every call sound as if it is arriving from the moon.
